White PineTwo state of the art triple chair lifts provide access to over 25 trails featuring an exciting variety of slopes from novice to advanced skiers and riders. The “Great Spirit” lift rises to the summit of Fortification Mountain with an elevation of 9,500 feet where you will find spectacular views of the Continental Divide of the Wind River Mountains, the Bridger Wilderness, Fremont Lake, as well as the Wyoming Range, the Gros Ventre Mountains, Teton Peaks, and the Uinta Range of Utah. Little Spirit provides endless fun for the little folk and those just starting out.

Trail difficulty is approximately 25% beginner, 45% intermediate, and 30% advanced. Vertical drop is 1,100 feet. The highest elevation is 9,500 feet and the lowest is 8,400 feet. Most slopes are less than 30 degrees with no avalanche danger. The last few years have brought more black diamond trails, improvements to existing trails, and “Competition” free-style aerial jump hill. Nordic skiers will enjoy more than 35K of cross-country ski trails accessed from the parking lot near the lodge. 30K kilometers are groomed for classic and skating lanes, as well as access to backcountry skiing.
