Utah has Deep Start to Season

Season snowfall total to 445 inches (11.3 metres) — officially the deepest start to the season (October through January) in the 43-year history of the Collins study plot.

Utah Ski and Snow reports that 96% of lifts are open. 95% of trails in Utah are open. Deer Valley Resort has 98% of trails open, Snowbasin Ski Resort has 96% open, and Alta Ski Area has 92% open. Alta has the most snow with a 517″ base and Snowbird is close with 497″.
