Schweitzer is a top destination resort with 2900 acres of amazing terrain and renowned tree skiing located in the rugged Selkirk Mountains of northern Idaho.
Stand at the top and stare at three mountain ranges, Canada and three states. Enjoy a variety of terrain from smooth corduroy groomers to wide open bowls and gladed runs. Then return to the top at hair-flying speed thanks in part to Stella. Stella, as you will soon discover, is Idaho’s only six-person, high-speed lift.

Night Skiing: The Basin Express and Chair 2 from 3 to 7 pm. Open December 26 through January 2 daily, and then on Fridays & Saturdays from January 11 through March 6. Also open Sunday, January 16th and Sunday, February 21st.
Tubing: Hermit’s Hollow tubing center offers two chutes and one tow
Ski Season: Early December to early April (conditions permitting)
